Application scope
Cement-based permeable crystalline waterproof coating, due to its good adhesion, does not affect its construction effect whether it is the light base surface and the rough base surface, the back, and facing surfaces, the dry base surface and wet base surface, or the waterlogging base surface. The cement-based permeable crystalline waterproof coating can be widely used in the waterproofing construction of tunnels, dams, reservoirs, power plants, nuclear power plants, cooling towers, underground railways, overpasses, bridges, underground continuous walls, airport runways, pile head pile foundation wastewater treatment tanks, reservoirs, industrial and civil building basements, roofs, toilet rooms, as well as the maintenance and plugging of all concrete structural defects in concrete building facilities.

Scraping coating method
1. Clean up debris and floating mud mortar on the waterproof coating surface, and repair severely uneven concrete surfaces.
2. Remove oil stains and debris from the waterproof surface of cement-based concrete structures, then rinse with clean water and apply waterproof materials on the wet base surface.
3. If serious leakage is found on the base surface, sealing materials should be used first before using this material to ensure the quality of the project.
4. The water cement ratio is 0.3-0.4:1, with a dosage of 1.4-1.7 kg/m ² and a thickness of 1.0mm (± 0.05mm) as the standard.
Roll coating method
Evenly roll the material onto the treated base surface using a drum with a dosage of 1.4-1.7kg/m.
Dry sprinkling method
1. Construction shall be carried out after the concrete is poured, compacted, and leveled (before the concrete has been fully set). Evenly sprinkle the prescribed amount on the surface of the concrete, compact and trowel promptly Light. After the final setting, check for any defective construction areas and repair them on time.
2. If exposed to direct sunlight, alcohol should be used for maintenance. Pay attention to uniform spraying and do not cut corners on materials.

Note
1. Construction at room temperature should not be carried out under harsh conditions such as zero degrees Celsius, rain, fog, and sandstorms.
2. Drinking water is the best choice for mixing and maintaining water, and unclean contaminated water should not be used.
3. Construction must be carried out on concrete structures or solid cement mortar substrates, and should not be directly used on the surface of the powder ash layer. The substrate should be clean and free of floating dust, old coatings, dust, dirt, and other debris to provide a fully open capillary system, which is conducive to the penetration of this product and the formation of crystals.
4. For all concrete that needs to be coated with this product, it is necessary to carefully inspect for structural defects, such as template tie rod holes, cracks, poor quality honeycomb like surfaces, potholes, and uneven concavity and convexity at construction joint interfaces. They should be repaired, cleaned, sealed, reinforced, leveled, and then subjected to large-scale waterproofing construction.
4. For all concrete that needs to be coated with this product, it is necessary to carefully inspect for structural defects, such as template tie rod holes, cracks, poor quality honeycomb-like surfaces, potholes, and uneven concavity and convexity at construction joint interfaces. 5、Special treatment is required for pipeline joints during bathroom construction. A 10mm deep V-shaped groove can be chiseled along the junction of the pipe wall and the base surface for sealing, and then the base surface waterproof coating can be applied.
6. Ensure that the coating thickness matches the recommended amount for construction. When using the brushing method for construction, if the slurry is too thin, mixed unevenly, or subjected to secondary water addition, it is easy to cause powdering or shelling on the base surface.
7. If concrete components need to be backfilled with soil, wet soil can be filled after 36 hours of construction, but dry soil cannot be backfilled within 7 days to prevent it from absorbing water from the waterproof coating.
