Construction points
●The base layer is flat, and the flatness is checked with a 1 m-long ruler. The gap is only allowed to change smoothly and should not exceed 5mm;
●The base layer of the bridge deck and the inner corner of the retaining wall from the root to the upper corner, as well as the base layer from the inner edge of the inner wall and the inner edge of the wall from the root to the upper mouth, are free of honeycomb, pitted surface, floating debris, floating soil, and oil stains.
●Waterproof membrane should be laid on the bridge deck to the base of the retaining wall and vertical wall and laid one by one in the uphill direction. The joints between the membrane ,the retaining wall and the vertical wall should be coated with a waterproof coating.
●When the span of the beam is greater than 16m, it is allowed for the waterproof membrane to be longitudinally overlapped at one point, first longitudinally overlapped, and then horizontally overlapped along the longitudinal centerline of the bridge deck. Cement slurry binder is used for the roll material and base layer, and 42.5R ordinary Portland cement, special adhesive powder, and water are used as the cement slurry binder for mixing. The ratio is 100kg cement, 60kg water, 120g special adhesive powder, and 800g reinforcing agent.
