Single component polyurethane waterproof coating is a reactive wet curing polymer waterproof coating that forms a film. It is mainly composed of isocyanates and polyethers, and is mixed with latent solids
Various additives such as plasticizers and plasticizers are formed through special processes such as high-temperature dehydration and polymerization reactions. When used, it is coated on the waterproof base layer and chemically reacts with the moisture in the air through the – NCO end group in the polyurethane prepolymer to form a tough, soft, and seamless rubber waterproof film on the surface of the base layer.

Advantage

1、Ready to use on site, convenient for construction. The requirement for the moisture content of the base layer is not strict, and construction can be carried out on relatively humid base surfaces or under conditions with high relative humidity.
2、Polyurethane coating has high tensile strength, high elongation, good elasticity, good resistance to high and low temperatures, and strong adaptability to shrinkage and cracking deformation of the base layer.
3、A single brush can reach a thickness of 1-3mm, with a dense coating without pinholes or bubbles.
4、Strong adhesion, no need to apply base treatment agent on various substrates that meet the requirements.
5、The color is adjustable, which can meet the humanized requirements of different customers for different surface colors.

Suitable for waterproofing construction in various civil and industrial buildings such as floors, basements, bathrooms, and swimming pools. More suitable for waterproofing projects in complex shapes and longitudinal and transverse pipelines.
