Strong cross-laminated membrane polymer reactive adhesive waterproofing membrane is a high-performance, cold-applied self-adhesive composite membrane waterproofing membrane made of a special cross-layer high-density polyethylene strong film and high-quality polymer self-adhesive rubber asphalt through a special process.

The membrane has super strong adhesion, excellent dimensional stability, thermal stability, UV resistance and bidirectional tear resistance.

Triple waterproof, no leakage
This innovative material adopts a unique triple skin waterproof design:
The first layer: strong cross-laminated membrane, which is made of multiple layers of high-density polyethylene film cross-laminated, and its tear resistance is more than 3 times that of ordinary membranes
The second layer: permeation reaction adhesive layer, which undergoes chemical cross-linking reaction with concrete to form a physical and chemical dual bond
The third layer: permeation reaction adhesive sealing layer, which forms an irreversible permanent sealing layer on the concrete base
Self-healing function, automatically repair damage
The membrane has a unique self-healing ability, and the tiny punctures and scratches produced during construction can automatically seal and heal, greatly reducing the risk of leakage. Even if local damage is caused by cross-construction in the later stage, the material can also self-repair and lock the water at the damaged point without channeling.
Super strong bonding, ending the problem of “water channeling”
The most troublesome “water channeling” problem of traditional waterproof membranes has been completely solved! The active ingredients in the membrane can undergo chemical cross-linking reaction with silicates in concrete to form irreversible bonding, and the bonding strength is far superior to ordinary physical bonding membranes. Even if there is local damage, water will not flow between the structural layer and the waterproof layer.

Economical and efficient construction solution

Wet paving construction process (recommended):

  1. Base surface treatment: clean the base layer and keep it moist without visible water
  2. Cement glue preparation: 42.5 ordinary Portland cement + water (water-cement ratio 0.4), stir evenly
  3. Node treatment: additional layer treatment for corners, pipes and other parts
  4. Glue scraping and paving: scrape cement glue while paving the roll material, tear off the isolation film
  5. Venting and compacting: compact with an exhaust roller to ensure full adhesion without hollows
  6. Sealing the end: seal the end with sealing paste
  7. Maintenance: let it air for 24-48 hours before acceptance
